Which parts of Tarrant County do you actually serve?
We serve northeast Tarrant County: Arlington, the Tarrant side of Grand Prairie, Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake and nearby cities. That area sits 40 to 75 minutes from our east Plano yard. Most of Fort Worth and western Tarrant County is outside our area, and a closer company will serve you better.
We would rather say no than show up late or charge for a long haul. Cities with their own page show the same drive times there. If your address is on the edge, call and we will give you a straight answer.
| Area | Cities | Usual route | Typical drive |

Call (972) 812-6200Get quoteHow far ahead should I book a porta potty in Tarrant County?
Book a Tarrant County porta potty one to two business days ahead. A truck headed west of SH-360 is gone for most of a morning, so same-day orders this far out are harder to fit. For Saturday events, book by Wednesday, and we will drop the unit Thursday or Friday.
Weekend units come Friday, sometimes Thursday, and go back Monday. Those extra days cost nothing extra. The point is to never risk a truck showing up during your event.
If you do need a unit today, call by early morning. We confirm same-day on the phone before you pay, and any rush charge shows on the quote. Read how same-day orders work.
Who handles septic permits in Tarrant County if my system fails?
Tarrant County Engineering Services' Environmental Division runs septic (OSSF) permits and inspections for 23 cities and the unincorporated parts of the county. Nearly all unincorporated land there sits in some city's extraterritorial jurisdiction. Ask which office permits your address before the repair starts, because that timeline sets how long you rent.
If your system fails, the repair path sets how long you rent. Most repairs take one or two 28-day cycles from design to final inspection.
- Ask the county or your city which office permits your address.
- Rent a standard unit on a 28-day rental. Weekly service is included.
- Report a neighbor's leaking system with the county's OSSF investigation request form.
- Call or text for pickup once the system passes. Billing stops that day.
Can you deliver to large-lot homes in Colleyville, Southlake and Keller?
Yes. Large-lot homes in Colleyville, Southlake and Keller are fine for delivery when the spot is level, firm and within about 15 feet of where the truck parks. Long driveways help. Backyard placement needs a gate at least 48 inches wide, because a standard unit is 43.5 inches across.

These neighborhoods often have strict HOA rules and manicured lawns. We can set the unit on the driveway edge or a side-yard path to avoid lawn ruts. After rain we set units on the driveway or gravel, not the lawn.
Do you handle Arlington and Mid-Cities event rentals?
Yes, for neighborhood, church, school and corporate events in Arlington and the Mid-Cities. Stadium and entertainment district events book their own large contractors. Size your event at 1 standard unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours, then add units for longer events and alcohol.
Each city runs its own event permits, so ask the city office how many restrooms it expects. Public events need at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit per cluster under ADA 213.2.
- Count with the sizing calculator.
- Add an accessible unit for every cluster.
- Long multi-day events can add mid-event service, quoted first.
How do jobsite rentals and weekly service work this far west?
Tarrant County jobsite units bill on a 28-day cycle and get service once a week. Each visit pumps waste, cleans surfaces and restocks paper and hand sanitizer. OSHA Table D-1 requires 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40.
Service visits this far from the yard are planned ahead, so tell us early if your crew size jumps. We can add an extra visit, quoted before we come.
Contractors can apply for a business account. See our jobsite toilet guide for crew sizing and padlocks.
