Same-day delivery takes 6 steps. You call, we check a truck and unit, you get an itemized quote, you pay by card through a text link, the driver calls 30 to 60 minutes before arriving, and the unit is set. Most of the wait is the truck finishing its route.

We cannot promise an exact arrival time, even on a same-day order. We confirm the day, and the driver's call gives you the heads-up.

What should I have ready when I call?

Have 6 things ready for a same-day call: the full address, the number of guests or workers, how long you need the unit, where it should go, the gate width if it goes in a backyard, and a card for payment. A standard unit needs a gate at least 48 inches wide.

Is there a cutoff time for same-day delivery?

There is no fixed cutoff, because it depends on how full the trucks are that day. Calls before mid-morning have the best odds. Calls after early afternoon often roll to the next morning. Our phones run 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, so call when we open.

Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?

Sometimes. A rush charge may apply when a truck has to leave its route for you. In the calls we reviewed, callers were quoted $75 to $250 for rush delivery. Ours, if any, is 1 separate line on the itemized quote before you pay, with nothing added later.

Can I get same-day delivery for a weekend event?

Saturday same-day delivery is possible when a truck is free. Sunday delivery is not, because we are closed Sunday. For a Sunday event, call by Saturday morning. About 1 in 3 event callers in our study had a Saturday or Sunday date, so weekend dates go fast. Book weekends by Wednesday when you can.

What if same-day isn't possible?

If every truck is full, we book you as the first stop the next morning when that slot is open, and we tell you within about 1 minute on the call. Same-day orders can be cancelled free until the truck is dispatched. Meanwhile, ask a neighbor, church or nearby business about indoor restroom access.
