Planning a gathering in an Addison park?
Addison requires a Park Use Permit for group gatherings of 20 or more people. For Addison Circle Park and Vitruvian Park, the Town lists portable toilets and trailers as temporary infrastructure that can trigger the special events process. The Town's special events team says they reply within 7 business days, so ask early.
Read the Town's host an event in Addison page and the Park Use Permits page before you book. Two rules surprise people:
- No vending is allowed in Addison parks.
- The Addison Circle Park pavilion is first-come, first-served and can't be rented.
Once the Town approves your plan, we deliver to the spot on your site map. Ask for a free hasp and padlock if the units stay overnight in a public park.
Can you deliver to an Addison apartment or townhome?
Yes, but get the owner's OK first. Most Addison homes are apartments, townhomes and patio homes with small lots and shared drives. Ask your property manager or HOA where a unit may sit and for how long. A standard unit needs a 4-foot gate and firm ground within 15 feet of the truck.

Tight Addison lots change the plan more than anything else. Here is what works:
- Townhome rows: the end of your own driveway, off the shared lane.
- Patio homes: the side yard, if the gate is 48 inches or wider.
- Apartments: a spot the manager assigns, often near a parking area.
We place units on private property, not in the street. A unit in public right-of-way may need Town approval.
What if a restaurant's restrooms go down?
Addison has well over 100 restaurants, and a broken line can close a dining room fast. A restaurant backup usually needs 1 deluxe flushing unit with a sink, or 2 standard units with 1 two-station hand wash station. Same-day delivery is possible Monday through Saturday when a truck is free, so call early.
Set units behind the building or near the service door, on concrete. Tell us how many covers you seat so we can size the order.
| Situation | Suggested setup | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Short repair, small dining room | 1 deluxe flushing unit with sink | Flush plus sink in one cabin |
| Busy weekend, patio open | 2 standard units + 1 hand wash station | Handles more traffic |
| Repair runs past a week | Weekly service on a 28-day rental | Pump-out and restock included |

Call (972) 812-6200Get quoteHow do we get to Addison from east Plano?
Addison is about 18 to 22 miles from our yard at 6000 Split Trail Rd in east Plano. Drivers take the President George Bush Turnpike west, then the Dallas North Tollway south, about 30 to 40 minutes in normal traffic. Friday afternoon Tollway traffic is heavy, so weekend units usually drop Friday morning or Thursday.
The driver calls 30 to 60 minutes before arriving. No exact time is guaranteed. That is why we drop weekend units early and pick them up Monday, with no charge for the extra days.
- Mark the spot with a cone, flag or ribbon.
- Leave the gate open or send the code.
- For apartment lots, give us the manager's name and number.
Hangar parties and office events: which unit fits?
For a hangar party or office event in Addison, a restroom trailer is the dressed-up choice. A 2-stall or 3-stall trailer needs a standard 110V/20A outlet or a generator, a hose connection or onboard tank, and level ground with room for a truck and trailer. Standard units need none of that.

Airport tenants should check with their landlord or airport management before booking. Office parks in the Quorum area often have strict loading rules, so ask building management for the drop spot.
For public events, add an accessible unit
Under ADA Standards 213.2, at least 5% of clustered portable toilets, and never fewer than 1, must be accessible. Our wheelchair-accessible unit has a 32-inch door and a ground-level floor.
How many units does a town event need?
Start with 1 standard unit per 50 guests for an event of 4 hours or less. A 200-guest company party in Addison with a bar and a 5-hour run needs 8 units: 4 base, 2 for length and 2 for alcohol. Add 2 hand wash stations and at least 1 accessible unit for public events.
| Event | Guests | Hours | Bar | Units |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Neighborhood park picnic | 45 | 3 | No | 1 |
| Patio fundraiser | 120 | 4 | Yes | 5 + 2 hand wash |
| Company party | 200 | 5 | Yes | 8 + 2 hand wash |
| Public street-style festival | 600 | 6 | Yes | 24 + 6 hand wash, 2+ accessible |
Every count above follows the same method shown in our our sizing guide. Your permit office or venue has the final word.
